— KASTRIOT PRENGA

With a background in healthcare in both Albania and Norway, I am well equipped to contribute to solutions that benefit healthcare professionals and clients alike.

After Kastriot moved to Norway, he has worked as a healthcare worker, nurse and team leader across hospitals, nursing homes and home care. This broad experience has given him a holistic perspective on the challenges and needs of the healthcare system, and has enabled him to identify what matters to both employers and employees.

As chief shop steward and county board representative in the Norwegian Nurses Association Vestland, Kastriot has fought for better working conditions, health-promoting shift schedules and competitive pay. He has seen up close how healthcare professionals can feel overworked and undervalued, and is therefore dedicated to finding solutions that meet their needs while also addressing the financial challenges facing health authorities and municipalities.

Norvig is built by someone who has walked the road — and who knows what actually works.

Through his experience with staffing agencies, he has gained a thorough understanding of how to ensure satisfaction and engagement among both healthcare professionals and clients.

Now Kastriot is focused on using this experience to build a recruitment and staffing agency that is innovative and cost-effective, while delivering highly qualified healthcare professionals at a lower price. His ambition is to contribute to a sustainable solution to the nursing shortage by offering high quality to the healthcare sector, while giving healthcare professionals better pay and working conditions.
